Warranty Policy

Alef is committed to delivering high-quality vaping devices and accessories. Our Alef devices come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.

Coverage:
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It is applicable only to devices purchased directly from Alef or authorized retailers. The warranty does not cover devices purchased through third-party resellers such as eBay or Craigslist.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply to products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, water, fire, earthquake, or other external causes and environmental conditions. Using non-Alef pods or accessories with Alef devices voids the warranty. The warranty is also void in cases of modification, disassembly, or failure to follow instructions for use.

Replacement:
For eligible warranty claims, Alef will replace the defective device(s) with a new one. Devices replaced under warranty are not eligible for further warranty claims, except at Alef's discretion.

Process:
You may be required to return the faulty device(s) upon request. If so, you will receive a replacement product(s) and a prepaid return shipping label. We must receive the faulty device(s) to process future warranty claims.

Required Information for Warranty Claims:

  • Photo of the original receipt showing the date of purchase and price.
  • Photo of the device(s).
  • Proof of legal age (Government-Issued Photo ID).
  • Explanation of the issue.
  • Email your claim to contact@alefvape.com with the subject line "WARRANTY".

Refund Policy

All purchases made on alefvape.com are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once shipped. If your product is defective, please refer to the warranty policy above.

Age Verification:
All packages are shipped with age verification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for vaping products. Failure to verify age upon delivery or pickup will result in the return of the package to Alef, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:
Refunds typically process within 5 business days of initiation and an additional 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

Unauthorized Returns:
Returned packages due to delivery failure (incorrect address, unclaimed order, etc.) will be subject to a refund minus the original shipping cost. Orders eligible for free shipping will incur a $10 flat rate charge. Customer Service will contact you via the email associated with your order to resolve the issue.
